A four-week training program for faculty members titled "National Outreach Program for Faculty" concluded in collaboration with Lasbela University of Agriculture Water and Marine Sciences Uthal and National Academy of Higher Education
Dr. Noor Amna Malik, Managing Director of National Academy of Higher Education participated as Chief Guest in the closing session. Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Abdul Malik Tareen in his address paid gratitude to Managing Director National Academy of Higher Education, Dr. Noor Amna Malik for conduct of such useful training for the faculty members of Lasbela University of Agriculture, Water and Marine Sciences and joining the concluding session. He said that conduct of such training emerges the ability of learning, reading and teaching among faculty members. He further said that the trainees have got benefit from different expert resource persons which will be helpful in performing their duties. He said that there is no dearth of talent in Balochistan, there is a need to provide a platform to showcase the talent.
Chief Guest Managing Director Dr. Noor Amna Malik said that the purpose of training of faculty members is to promote better working by expanding teaching methodology and other related issues. She said that the purpose of hiring expert trainers was to benefit from their experiences and observations. She further said that the field of teaching is very important and the teacher has a great role and position in enhancing the quality of education. They can play a leading role in enhancing the quality of education.
Addressing the participants, Deputy Registrar and Training Coordinator Mr. Faqir Muhammad Baloch thanked all the stakeholders including worthy Vice Chancellor. Prof. Dr. Abdul Malik Tareen, Managing Director NAHE, Pro Vice Chancellor, Registrar, Assistant Director NAHE Mr. Sohail Raza Mangi and all allied departments and sections for their support in conducting and successfully completing the training.
On this occasion, Pro Vice Chancellor, Dr. Illahi Bakhsh Marghzani, Registrar Prof. Dr. Ahmad Nawaz Khosa, all faculty Deans, Directors, Additional Registrar Dr. Faisal Khan and other faculty members were present on the occasion of closing ceremony. At the end of the program, certificates were distributed among the faculty members completed the training program successfully. The Vice Chancellor presented souvenirs among guests and Coordinator. Dr. Farah Naz Assistant Professor, Faculty of Agriculture performed the duties of the stage secretary.
