Announcement: The Higher Education Commission (HEC) Islamabad invites applications for Undergraduate Scholarships 2025-26 (Batch-IV) under the project "Provision of Higher Education Opportunities for Students of Balochistan & Erstwhile FATA (Phase-III)." • Family income = PKR 50,000
• Priority for orphans/disabled/needy
