Department of Physiology and Biochemistry

The Department of Vet Physiology and Biochemistry is a newly established Department of the Faculty of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Labella University of Agriculture, Water and Marine Sciences, Uthal Balochitan. Being a very basic subject of the Faculty of Veterinary and Animal Sciences it serves as basis of academic architect. Currently, the Department Physiology and Biochemistry offers various courses to Doctor of veterinary medicine degree.

The Department of Vet Physiology and Biochemistry was established with the aim to provide high quality education, both theoretical and practical knowledge and skills to the students through quality teaching and research.

The Department of Physiology and Biochemistry is recently established and is the only department in Baluchistan and comparatively rare department in other universities of country. It is established with the vision of giving the maximum output in teaching and research keeping in view the minimum available resources. To provide high standard education and research activities to aspire undergraduate students to coupe up the national standards. The use of electronic media will be encouraged to teach students so that the learning capabilities could be further enhanced. Along with the academics, physiologist has an enormous role in the public health services including diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, health centers, food industry, reagents, analytical kits, instruments manufacturers. Students will be encouraged to actively participate in the extracurricular activities of the University, which will be healthy exercise to groom their mental capabilities.
