A 6-Day Training Course on Career Counselling and Capacity Development was held from 19–24 January 2026 under the Balochistan Youth Employability Skill and Development Program. The training was organized by the Career Counselling & Job Placement Office, LUAWMS, in collaboration with the Directorate of Youth Affairs, Government of Balochistan.
The training aimed to strengthen the career guidance capacities of LUAWMS graduates and focused on communication, interpersonal, leadership and management skills, entrepreneurship, career counselling, CV writing and interview skills.
Sher Ahmed Qambrani, Mr. Nisar Musa, Dr. Abdul Hameed Baloch and Mr. Wajahat Ali served as trainers. Sher Ahmed Qambrani was the Focal Person of Liaison Corporation (Pvt.) Ltd., consultant and executor of the program.
The program was inaugurated by Pro Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Illahi Bakhsh Marghazani, Dean FV&AS Prof. Dr. Nasrullah Bangulzai and Dean Faculty of Education Dr. Noor Mohammad Angaria.
Participants expressed strong satisfaction with the training content, delivery and relevance. The sessions were highly appreciated for being practical, interactive and aligned with higher education needs.
Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Abdul Malik Tareen graced the certificate distribution ceremony as Chief Guest. Prof. Dr. Nasrullah Bangulzai and Prof. Dr. A. Hameed Baloch were among the guests of honor.
